You Paid For A GTA 6 Pre-Order But Your Library Is Empty

A payment is not a location

Money leaving your account proves that an order exists somewhere. It does not prove which account, which store region or which console the resulting copy belongs to, and almost every "my pre-order has vanished" report is one of those three mismatches rather than a lost purchase. Keep that framing, because it survives contact with the actual fix.

It also matters that nothing is downloadable yet. GTA 6 releases on 19 November 2026, so a queue or library with no GTA 6 entry in it today is behaving correctly. A code redeemed once is spent, and it is spent on whichever account completed redemption, which is why a resale purchase can arrive already used. Bundle and subscription entitlements add another account layer of their own.

Before launch night, not during it

Run the boring checks while there is still time. Sign into the purchasing account on the console you intend to play on, and confirm the copy appears in that account's library months in advance; if it is invisible now, it will not materialise on 19 November 2026.
